Rinse your mouth out with water
After removing each GOGO Smile Teeth Whitening retainer, give your mouth a thorough rinse with tap water to make sure any excess whitening solution is cleaned off your teeth. Wait for 20-30 minutes before moving on to the next step.

Gently brush your teeth
Using a soft-bristled toothbrush and toothpaste especially for sensitive teeth and gums, give your teeth a very soft, gentle brush.

Clean and dry your retainer
If you’re using the same retainer that you used to apply your whitening gel, ensure it is totally clean and completely dry. Any moisture trapped in the retainer can hinder the effects of the desensitisation gel.

Apply the gel
Squeeze a small dab of the desensitisation gel into each tooth ridge of your two retainers. Be careful not to overfill the retainers, but make sure you apply enough gel to adequately cover your teeth. Fit each retainer to your teeth.

Leave for 10-15 minutes
Wait 10-15 minutes for the gel to take effect.

Remove each retainer and clean
Once the time is up, simply remove the retainers from your teeth and give them a thorough rinse with warm water to clean off any excess gel. Keep your retainers somewhere safe and dry, ready to be used next time.
